We have kept our Terms of Working as straightforward as possible.

  1. We work for both commercial businesses and private individuals, we offer 7 day payment terms to commercial customers increasing to 14 and then 30 days upon receipt of regular loads. Individuals must pay upfront or on collection, payment can be made by cash/bank transfer/paypal (ask for details).
  2. There is a standard minimum charge for short distances due to the typical loading times we encounter, London has its own charges due to the nature of the city, we must cover not just the mileage but the drivers time.
  3. We allow 30mins for loading/unloading as standard, after this “waiting time” is chargeable, at the specified rate in blocks of 15 mins, starting after 30 mins on site has elapsed.
  4. If we arrive on site and the job is cancelled or there is nothing to collect, a cancellation fee will apply. No charge if the job is cancelled before a driver is despatched to collection.
  5. We provide Proof of Delivery (POD) for every job, this can be sent in PDF form by email/Whatsapp once the job is delivered, we can also offer verbal POD at point of delivery if required. We always send hard copy POD’s with an invoice to commercial customers and PDF copies can be downloaded via the invoice link which is email upon job completion.



  • Loads are priced per loaded mile (call/txt/email for specific rates)
  • Return loads from the delivery location are charged at 50% of the outbound journey
  • Minimum local charge is £45.00
  • London Minimum charge is £120.00 which includes the congestion charge if applicable
  • Additional Drop per mile rate applies plus £10.00 per additional drop
  • Wating time charge is £20p/h to the nearest quarter (£5 every 15 mins)
  • Cancellation charge is £35.00 or 40% of the job cost whichever is greater
